No responsibility taken if no survey pegs are provided to indicate true boundary. Fence line must be cleared 500mm either side of all obstructions including vegetation, costs will be charged to clients at the discretion of Ballarat Feature Fencing for extra labour required to remove Items. All care but no responsibility for damage to underground cables and pipes and damage to garden/grass. Fencing built on or within 1m of a retaining walls or site cuts will be void of all warranty. Jackhammering of rock/concrete to be charged at $100 per hole, to be paid for by owners. Power and water to be supplied by parties above - access by easiest means. Paling side of Fencing will always be installed at the discretion of the installer for best access. Timber is a natural product and will move even after a very short time, it is agreed that there will be no claim for timber movement. Fence movement will occur if ground around footing becomes wet/soft, this is not covered by warranty. Any excess dirt or concrete will not be removed by contractor and any material waste will remain on site, Ballarat Feature Fencing will remove for $100m3 if requested. It is understood that gaps under plinth will be present - contractor may fill this in as requested for $15lm (150x25mm plinth), We are not responsible for any wing fence or gate attached to old fence when removed, client to remove these prior. Gates need to remain closed to avoid damage, wind will slam gates closed and break footings and damage gates, gates and gate posts are not covered by warranty after the first two weeks. Warranty can be claimed 12 months on workmanship only.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             All overdue accounts will incur interest at the rate of 10% per month plus all agency collection and legal recovery costs *No claims unless we are given first opportunity to rectify. Cancelation Fee to be charged on all cancellations as followed: More than 3 weeks’ notice 25% of total invoice, 0-3 weeks 50%, 100% if construction has started. Cancellations to be done in writing and sent via email only. Issuing a purchase/work order or email approval is acceptance of our terms and conditions.
